Tests and Investigations Results
All test results are reviewed by your doctor when the results are available. If your doctor would like to discuss your results with you, one of the receptionists will contact you to make an appointment. You can contact the receptionists to enquire if the results have arrived, but they cannot discuss or interpret test results.
Prescriptions and Referrals
Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions will not be accepted unless you have seen the doctor within the last 3-6 months about the same problem. If the doctor can write the prescription a fee will apply. Telephone requests for referrals or pathology will not be accepted unless this has been discussed with the doctor at a previous visit.
